The home offers two Lanais for coffee and reading- The large Back Yard Bamboo covered Courtyard provides dining and lounge seating for 10 guests and amazing shade .The beautiful tropical landscaping surrounds the entire property providing excellent privacy. The area is very quiet, although located in the Downtown area of Fort Lauderdale. Two Wholefoods, Fresh Market(Walking Distance), Winn Dixie(Walking Distance) and Publix all within roughly 1 mile of the home. Hundreds of restaurants, bars and boutiques within walking distance of the home. The excellent location of this home provides three different routes to the beach to avoid . All of the furnishings, Bedding, Mattresses, all of it is brand new! We completely redesigned AND DECORATED the home inside with very sturdy AND comfortable furniture. All of the mattresses and bedding are hypo allergenic and extremely plush. You have an ample game room , 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 patios, and a spacious backyard. You will also have access to the laundry room equipped with everything needed to wash clothes if needed. We are 1 street away from Victoria Park and the adjacent river, so you will have plenty of water access . All linens, towels, and even beach towels are provided! Shampoo, conditioner, and soaps in all baths and light cleaning supplies for the home Parking for 3 cars in the car port.
