Any additional cleaning or care for damage may result in additional charges. Access to basement is for laundry only. Please use cold setting for water temp on washer and please don’t touch any of the stored items in basement! They are personal items of the owner and all photographed and itemized. The beam is low at the bottom of the basement stairs so please watch your head coming and going in addition to the duct and corner of the duct while doing laundry.
