You will love Bay Breeze Cottage! The 1938 cottage has an"old style Key West charm" where it is quiet but is close to everything you need. The beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beaches are right across the street and it is only a short walk to the world famous John's Pass Village where you will find an abundant amount of shops and restaurants, water activities, and access to a boat ramp. The cozy cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple who enjoys a cottage style vacation setting. It is located in a very safe neighborhood and is great for walking the dog.
The cottage is filled with amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable stay and includes high speed WiFi internet, washer and dryer, AC/heat. Beach equipment is available to use for those beach days. There is parking for one car and it is located right in front of the cottage and behind a gated fence door for safety.
There is an additional two bedroom / one bath beach cottage (Ocean Breeze) that is perfect for a family or additional couples (4 people) that is located at the front of the property.
