This 2,342 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, premium Wi-Fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area, washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for five or at the indoor or outdoor dining table both with seats for six. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 355 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor living room to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean with family or friends. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on the L-Shaped sofa or chair to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television.
