It's located on the top floor of a five-story, 50 unit condominium complex with a great pool just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Our building has both elevator and stairs. Our units balcony is within 50 feet of New Smyrna’s NO DRIVE beach. Welcome to our Cottage by the Sea!

~Building sits DIRECTLY across the street from a great shopping center that features a Dollar General Marketplace (which has groceries!) CC’s Waffle House, a great local breakfast/lunch diner; Nail Salon, Liquor Store, Beach Novelty Store, Ice Cream Parlor, French Bistro and Italian Restaurant which are amongst some of our favorite dining. Cottage by the Sea is also within a few miles of the famous Flagler Ave and Canel Street which features lots of local restaurants and Shops. Must visit area of New Smyrna Beach!
