Wide open, spacious design and beachy feel will complete your vacation experience. There are only 4 units per floor, so there is a lot of privacy and very quiet, yet close to everything!
This condo features:
- 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen + rollaway twin. Large TV's in both)
- 2 bathrooms (one shower, and one tub/shower combo). The master bedroom also has an extra sink and spacious counter, which is very convenient (blow dryers and make-up mirror).
- Living room with 3 couches (one a sofa sleeper), a large TV, and a stereo.
- Kitchen is very modern, featuring a coffee station (Keurig and regular pot), toaster, waffle iron, toaster oven w/ air fry option, griddle, crock pot, and even a Jimmy Buffet Margarita machine!
- There is an extra cot and also a stroller, high-chair, booster chair, and pack-n-play if needed. Many games, puzzles, books, cards, and movies are stocked for the evenings or rainy days.
- Secure, underground parking in designated spot in the parking garage! This is very convenient for loading and unloading (spot is very close to the elevator).
- There are lots of beach goodies for ocean or pool days: beach towels, coolers, beach bags, beach chairs and umbrellas, and boogie boards.
