This delightful two-bedroom, two-bath townhome comfortably sleeps five, making it the perfect choice for a family getaway. Extra bonus: a one car garage!
As you enter the townhome, the foyer has a few short steps that lead directly into the living area. There you will find a large leather sectional and chaise lounge, both perfectly situated for beach gazing through the glass sliders or watching your favorite shows on the large, flat-screen cable TV. The private balcony is directly off the living room and provides spectacular views of the pool below and beach.
When ready to dine, take a few more steps up to the kitchen and dining room to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wooden cabinetry and beautiful green granite tiles. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV is available to catch up on your cooking shows while making your own yummy dishes. The large counter doubles as a great food prep station or quick spot to grab a snack before hitting the beach. Three stools provide additional seating as well. Directly connected to the open kitchen is the dining area with a lovely glass top table and six comfortable chairs. A small half bath is also on this floor with a nice vanity and hand towels.
Another set of stairs take you to the sleeping quarters and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom hosts a queen size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, colorful bedding and one of the best views of the ocean without leaving your pillow. The primary bath offers a tiled walk-in shower with glass enclosure, spacious vanity, large mirror and plush towels.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, tall dresser, flat-screen TV and futon that can convert into another sleeping option. The guest bathroom is nicely tiled, with a standard tub and shower, marble vanity and large mirror.
