The standard security deposit for our rental is $500 which is required prior to your arrival. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
