This is a large/spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a gate community. It has granite counter tops and marble flooring with stainless steel appliances. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a maximum guest occupancy of 8. We provide an elevated queen air mattress for groups of 6 or more. We also provide a baby pack n play crib. We provide bath towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is plenty of cooking supplies and utensils. There is also an outdoor community patio. We have free parking, assigned parking, guest parking, and disabled parking. We are located on a dead end street next to high school. This means we have unparalleled privacy, and because there is no through traffic it is also more quiet than any where else. Our standard check in time is 4:00 PM but we let our guests know if it is ready ahead of time. Our standard check out is at 10:00 AM. Additional fees may apply for late check-outs. This apartment is 1 of 8 short term vacation rentals in the community and is located on the ground floor. This community has coin operated laundry rooms for easy access. Our apartments offer high speed internet, premium cable channels, and some of the TVs are smart TVs to make it easier to access your favorite streaming content. There is a beautiful family park within walking distance that has playground for kids, basketball courts, and tennis courts. It is also located next to my favorite restaurant/cafe. Our community is gated, with 24/7 surveillance on the the outside of the buildings.
