Summary: Staff were very helpful on check in as we were very late in arriving due to the federal shutdown affecting our flight. The message I sent via the booking app didn’t send the hotel so we were effectively looked upon as a no show. So reception had to do a work around to check us in as we had a two night stay booked. Hotel was excellent- very clean, we didn’t need the kitchen area however can see it would be great if we were on an extended stay especially as there was a supermarket next door. We didn’t avail ourselves of the breakfasts so cannot comment.
