Property is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area located within 4 miles of Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, and 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Walking distance to several grocery/ retail stores, bars, bowling alley, theatre, and many restaurants. Amenities include: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, basketball, ping pong, pool table, along with a playground and sandbox for children. This unit is also centrally located within a few short steps of the pool and the many amenities offered at this quiet and relaxing resort.
