As you walk forward you will be greeted by the dining table and sitting for 6 to your right, then large living room with plenty of seating and Electric fireplace, next to the updated gourmet kitchen with all updated appliances. you'll find all the necessary tools for a family dinner. Kitchen features a coffee maker, flat top range with oven, updated refrigerator with ice maker, filtered water unit on sink, and new whirlpool washer dryer inside kitchen closet.

Please note there is an attached studio - separate entrance from home and guest there does not use any amenities. There is a very small dog (5 lbs)- He’s friendly and well-behaved. He’s mostly kept indoors and does not interact with guests unless seen briefly around the yard. He’s also surprisingly helpful; he keeps ducks and iguanas away from the pool, deck and garden!”
