• no garage access for guests, • please don't' block the garage door, • no street parking, • check in using the front door only, • no more than 8 guests are allowed on the property, whether they are staying the night or, not, • only the guest who booked the property may check in, • no unregistered guests allowed. somebody must be held responsible if something is, damaged, • only family/friends that are listed on the reservation will be allowed, • check-in is on the same day only. no entry for no show or no response. check in no, later than 10pm, • if you have any concerns, please communicate using the app. this helps protect your reservation, • 2 loads of laundry per day only, • smoking outside only, you may smoke whatever you like as long as it’s legal & on the, exterior of the property only. enjoy the vented tent, • quiet hours are 10 pm – 7 am, • no loud music at any time, • no access to the studio/suite/apt, that’s attached to the property, • if checkout instructions are not followed, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee, in the amount of 300.00 (be sure to strip your own linens), • please make sure everything is right where you found it when you arrived. it takes time, to put things back where they go & scratches the floor. up to 300.00 fee if not, • to access the pond area - please do so from the main entrance only and step over the, chain, • read the rules posted at the pond house before fishing, • a fishing license is required for fishing, • prior to fishing, send a picture of your fishing license in airbnb app, • up to 50,000 fines, • no trash at pond house, • non-motorized boats are allowed, • fish from the water line. 10ft easement, • a sign is posted with daily fish limit and the types of fish, • put all dirty towels & linens in the laundry room. if you didn't use blankets, don't toss in the laundry. keep all pillows off the floor, • dishes-clean all your dishes before you leave. load in the evening and unload in the am, • please take all your trash out to bin. this includes bathroom trash cans & kitchen trash, • please make sure everything is right where you found it when you arrived. it takes time to rearrange & it scratches the floor. up to 300.00 fee if not.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
