Approx. 1700 sq ft. of private home in quiet area all to yourself, on approx. 1.5 acre, property with large 75' X10' refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the NSB ocean temperature, due to insulated solar cover. (shared with 3 other guest homes) plenty of off street parking for recreational trucks with trailers, cars, boats, bikes. The Guest home has 4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1-1 Queen bed , Bedroom2-2 Twin beds, Bedroom 3- 2 Twin Beds,( 2nd floor) Bedroom 4 1-Queen Bed (2nd floor) , 1 fold out queen sofa bed, 1 Bathroom., 2 Bathroom with massage shower (2nd floor), Note: 2nd Floor Bedrooms & Bathroom are great for kids but has a lower ceiling height approx. 6' 4" & ceiling is angled with roof in a few places were (WARNING) tall guests may have to duck there head a little to navigate. Full Kitchen, Large Washer & Dryer, 3 Smart TV's connected to thousands of Internet channels, air antenna gets about 59 channels on 2 ,(Free 1 gb+ WiFi works great with the 4 Smart TV's). There is a large 75' X 10' screened/enclosed pool next door that is shared with 4 other private guest accommodations on the 1.5 acre property. • BEST WATER IN NSB….This home has a small faucet on kitchen sink that provides Reverse Osmosis Water Purification: You will be Drinking the healthiest water on Earth. Reducing all water toxins up to 99.99% of Lead, Chlorine, Fluoride, Nitrates, Calcium, Arsenic, and more. Its equal or better than any commercial bottled water sold. The rest of the water is provided by New Smyrna Beach City water department & is also tested safe for drinking. My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.
