The Space:
The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a rich, exposed beam ceiling and polished floors throughout. Sleeps 10 guests. Newly renovated with all new furnishings, bedding, and linens. Luxurious sleek bathrooms feature handheld and rain-shower heads. The fenced in backyard with pool is surrounded by mature trees that makes for your own private retreat. We can provide a pack n play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier. We provide bedding and towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pool safety fence can be set up upon request. **POOL HEATING temporarily not available*
BEDROOMS:
1. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser and half bath (no shower).
2. Bedroom with a (Master) KING SIZE BED, TV, large walk in closet, access to pool area, gorgeous full bath with custom tile work, walk-in shower with 3 - choice shower head (handheld, rain-shower, waterfall) , and shower bench. Also has separate bathtub.
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, TV, dresser, walk-in closet and access to a full private bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, closet, dresser, TV, Jack and Jill bath with shower connects to bedroom 5.
5. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, dresser, TV, Jack and Jill bath with shower that connects to bedroom 4.
*Jack n Jill bath connects bedroom 4 and 5.
All bedrooms all have 40 in Roku (smart TV), to watch all streaming channels, (Hulu, Netflix etc) No cable.
Kitchen-Completely renovated with all new appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, and ample cabinetry. Fully stocked with all the dishware, cookware, pots and pans you would need to prepare the perfect meal. Also stocked with coffee, creamer and spices.
Dining-dining area seats 8 guests and there are 4 counter height pull up bar chairs to kitchen counter.
Game area-card table, air hockey table, and dart board.
Outdoor area- a private pool surrounded by lounge and Adirondack chairs. Propane grill available for your use. Plenty of green space. Quiet hours by city ordinance is 10pm-8am, at this time, we will ask guests to move their outdoor activities inside the home.
Laundry-Washer and Dryer available for your use. We supply detergent.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**
