Only a five-minute walk to the highly acclaimed restaurant "The Vue" and the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. Walmart is a five-minute drive; Publix grocery is a 10-minute drive.
Great biking trails all the way along 30A! Uber is also available but having a personal vehicle is recommended. Golf carts are also available from rental facilities. Parking is in a gated area next to the condominium building. A ramp and elevator are available for easy accessibility.
