The Space:
Hooper House is 2,165 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom and master bathroom w/ jacuzzi tub are located on the first floor near the living room along with a half bathroom in the kitchen hallway. The 3 guest bedrooms are all located upstairs with 2 full bathrooms w/ tubs. The master bedroom includes a king bed and three guest bedrooms include 2 queen beds (1 in each room) and 2 double beds, both in the third guest bedroom. The kitchen refrigerator is huge so bring on the cooking! The living room and dining room include plenty of seating. Backyard is fully fenced for all of your furry friends!
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 4-digit code on the day of check-in at noon. The STR uses a Schlage encode smart lock that gives you a unique code for the duration of your stay. Normal check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in is available for $50 and subject to the cleaner's schedule. Reach out for more information.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is VERY family friendly so feel free to go on a walk! Fort Walton Beach has 15 public schools. The immediate area includes a high military presence due to having 5+ bases in the area. Tons of restaurants and stores are within walking distance with the STR located near Mary Esther Cutoff Rd. Jet Park is awesome. Take the dogs and the family for some fun. There's even a dog spa right across the street. I take my frenchie, Odin there :)
Getting Around:
Need wheels and want to live the Florida life-style? I have a small fleet of Jeeps available for your to rent. More information will be sent once you've booked. There isn't any public transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful, but can be limited during high season.
Other Things to Note:
The Hooper House has 1 driveway with plenty of parking. The driveway is a double-lane driveway, located immediately in from of the house, and can accommodate 4 average-sized sedans. Parking parallel on the road is also permitted. RVs and boats are welcome! Please be courteous to the neighbors.

The Ronin Stays Team provides 24 hour coverage for our guests convenience. I respect my guests privacy and limit my interaction with guests, however, my team and I live in the immediate area should any issues arise.
