All of our properties are also professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. A welcome basket is provided to get your stay started, complete with extra toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, kitchen trash bags, and more! Several copies of our tailored vacation guide is provided with suggestions and ideas on places to enjoy while visiting in Naples.

The Moorings
To reach our property from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), you have several convenient options. By car, it's approximately a 25-minute drive covering about 20 miles. After leaving the airport, take I-75 South towards Naples. Continue on I-75 South for about 15 miles and take exit 107 for Pine Ridge Road. Turn right onto Pine Ridge Road and drive for about 2 miles. Turn left onto US-41 North (Tamiami Trail) and then a right onto Wedge Drive. Our property will be on the right. Alternatively, shuttle services are available between the airport and Naples, providing a convenient transportation option.
If arriving by train, the nearest Amtrak station is in Fort Myers, approximately 30 miles away, about a 40-minute drive. From the Fort Myers Amtrak Station, head west on I-75 South towards Naples. Take exit 107 for Pine Ridge Road, turn right, and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto US-41 North (Tamiami Trail), then a right onto Wedge Drive. Our property will be on the right.
For those arriving by bus, the Naples Bus Station is about 10 miles from our property, roughly a 20-minute drive. From the station, head south on US-41 (Tamiami Trail) and turn right onto Wedge Drive. Continue for a short distance, and you'll find our property on the right.
Renting a car is highly recommended to fully explore Naples and the surrounding areas at your own pace. Several car rental agencies are available at Southwest Florida International Airport and throughout Naples. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft also operate locally and can provide convenient transportation options. Additionally, Naples is bike-friendly, and many local attractions, shopping centers, and dining options are within a short drive or bike ride from our home.

- Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10:00 AM. Easy check-in & check out process.
- Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

Don't need a whole month? No problem. We offer many properties where you can stay for a few nights, a week, or any number of nights. With us, there's no need to rent an entire month, with a few exceptions.
Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
Discounts can also be made for those paying by eCheck, ACH or wire transfer. We are happy to pass the savings in credit card processing fees along to the consumer.
