Located just 50 miles from Miami and 100 miles to Key West you will be centrally located. Everything you will need is here for a relaxing vacation in the beautiful Florida Keys. This home has a very large (7500sq/ft) lot with plenty of space to store your toys. The yard has large beautiful mature palm trees and offers lots of shade. Outside the home has a huge deck with a table and chairs. Inside you will have a very large and open living area and kitchen. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in closet. The other 3 rooms include a guest room with another Queen bed, a guest room with a double/twin bunk bed and a smaller kids room with twin bunk beds. The neighborhood is a very quiet, private location. You will be only 2miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and very close to all major dive sites. Also, the home is close to shopping, restaurants and food markets. We just added a large deck 16x25 with a new Hot Tub.
