Summary: Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were very good. Just one bedroom upstairs was crowded with a dresser against a bed. Clean! However downstairs was definitely in need of a good deep cleaning. This included kitchen cupuboards, under the couches and under the couch cushions. There was not a good broom or vacuum provided and with our grandkids we needed them. We bought a broom. Overall we made it work. Wonderful view of the lake! The access to the dock was great with plenty of room for our pontoon and jet ski’s. Plenty of room to swim. There was a deck on the lake side which is definitely needing new furniture. Yes there is a grill but not usable. There was a ramp on the property and room to park our boat trailers…seldom found on rental properties. Yup we’d go back.
