Located in SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® private, gated Beachwalk Villa community, this two story townhouse has everything (including plenty of room for the family). With two bedrooms and a loft space with additional bedding, this beautifully styled unit sleeps 6 guests.
The first floor encompasses the main living space. A lovely sectional frames the sitting room and overlooks the patio. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an ample view of the lake just outside. The kitchen in this townhouse is pure elegance. White stone counter tops, white cabinets, and stainless appliances make this intimate kitchen a joy to spend time in. The counter bar has three stools and the adjacent dining table has seating for six.
This townhome’s master bedroom is located downstairs. You’ll find a king bed, private patio access, and a spacious en suite bathroom. The laundry is also downstairs. Upstairs, you’ll find the rest of the sleeping—this beach townhouse rental is perfect for one or two small families. The first guest room has a king bed. The loft space has a queen bed and just off of the loft is a small room with two twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms share the townhome’s second full bathroom.
As much as there is to enjoy within the home, there’s too much to do outdoors to stay in! Take the tram to the beach and enjoy a day basking in the sun along the Emerald Coast. Hop in your golf cart and cruise the Resort property. Visit Baytowne Wharf for a day of play, shopping, and dining, or head over to the community pool for a relaxing dip.
