Located in Highlands County, Florida in the town of Avon Park; 10 minutes to the town of Sebring and 30 minutes to the towns of Lake Placid and Lake Wales.
ON MAIN FLOOR: Master bedroom (king) with bathroom. Den with two twin beds serves as a 4th bedroom and game room. Sitting room with extra table for overflow dining. Living room and separate dining room.
UPSTAIRS: Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with four twin beds. One shared full bath with tub.
House has city water, comfortable beds with mattress toppers, laundry room, three smart TVs (Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and YouTube TV), internet, dishwasher, a/c and heat, board games, Xbox 360, Ps3, Wii, and blue ray player with variety of dvd movies.
