The private patio is the highlight of our sanctuary. Embark on your wellness journey with daily yoga sessions or practice meditation as the sunrises over Biscayne Bay. The patio is equipped with poufs and plenty of space to enjoy a morning HIT or Yoga session to enhance your experience.
Master Bedroom
Retire to a sumptuous queen bed in the master bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that let in ample light and showcase the stunning balcony view. For those mornings when you need extra darkness, the bedroom also comes with blackout shades.
Patio
Accessible from both the bedroom and living room, the Patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a view of Miami and breathtaking Biscayne Bay. It features a comfortable lounge area, with a few pouf`s to chill and watch the sunrise, a bistro table with chairs to enjoy any meal, and is the most preferred spot in the condo!
Den
The spacious den includes a comfy full sofa sleeper and laptop-friendly workspace equipped with fast and reliable hi-speed WiFi.
Bathrooms
The modern and stylish master bathroom features a shower and bathtub and is stocked with toiletries, plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. The guest bathroom (half bathroom) is also fully equipped.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all essential cooking appliances and essentials. The dining table accommodates four people.
Living Room
The living room boasts designer furnishings, beautiful art, and a 50` LED Smart TV. There are also a few Ggle Nest Mini speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes from anywhere in the condo.
Coffee and Tea Lovers
If you`re a coffee or tea lover, Tropical Refuge has you covered! We`ve stocked the condo with a Nespresso machine, a stovetop espresso maker, and a stovetop tea kettle, along with Nespresso capsules, espresso, and tea bags.
Health and Wellness
At Lunabase, we believe in promoting good health, and we provide our guests with yoga mats and a roller for stretching. You can use these on the patio or bay-front to enjoy a rejuvenating workout.
Pets
We love pets and welcome them into our properties. We have dog bowls for water and extra covers to protect the furniture. We also provide a full list of dog parks, dog-friendly restaurants, vets, and animal stores in the area in our guest guide.
Security
For guest and property protection, we have a decibel/noise monitoring device in the condo (which doesn`t record audio) and building security 24/7.
Additional Sleeping Option:
A comfortable queen-sized air mattress is available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you’d like us to have it prepared for your stay.

Condo Application Process & Fees: This reservation is contingent upon the condominium`s approval of the prospective guest(s) through a background check. A non-refundable application fee of $200 applies for the first adult or married couple. To waive an additional $200 fee, a marriage certificate is required.
Applications must be submitted for approval at least 14 business days before the reservation date. If submitted within 14 days, a $50 expedite fee will apply. Approval takes a minimum of 4 business days. If the prospective guest(s) are not approved, the reservation will be canceled, and deposits refunded (application fee is non-refundable).
Security Deposit: Guests will be required to place a pre-authorization hold on their credit card of choice for $250 for a security deposit. Guests will be prompted to submit their credit card info and complete this process through their Boarding Pass prior to obtaining the property access info. Following checkout, a property inspection will be completed, and the security deposit pre-authorization hold will be released seven (7) days after checkout, minus any specific deductions for damage charges, if applicable. An itemized statement detailing any deductions will be provided to the guest. This process ensures both parties are protected and clear about the financial arrangements related to the property rental.
Parking: There is 1 parking spot included with the rental and please note that a one-time $50 registration fee is required.
Pets are welcome at our pet-friendly property. The building association permits pets weighing less than 20 pounds. Pet registration, including vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time $200 fee per pet is required (and paid through Airbnb). Additionally, owners charge $200 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. Regardless of size or breed, the total fee is $400 for one pet and $400 for two pets.
For your comfort, we uphold age and booking policies that prioritize a peaceful environment, making our retreat the ideal sanctuary for relaxation, mindfulness, and a break from the hustle and bustle. This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.

9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11. Please do your dishes.
12. Please take the trash out before you leave.
