Built in 1925 but extensively updated in 2016, this Spanish-style bungalow has all of the modern conveniences while maintaining its historic charm. The home features two bedrooms, a den, one bath, a private heated saltwater pool, and new furnishings throughout. Enter into the living room, which features new high-end furnishings, including a comfortable sofa, a leather club chair, and a reclaimed wood coffee table. While decorative in nature now, the fireplace retains its historic charm along with the original pine floors. New windows provide added security and noise reduction, and a ceiling fan makes the room more comfortable.
Located off of the living room, the carpeted den features two large eyebrow windows, a new sofa that easily accommodates three adults comfortably and a coffee table made of iron and wood. The 46-inch HD television features YouTube TV.
The dining room is located adjacent to the living room and features a new glass table with seating for six guests. The breakfast bar has two additional stools.
The gourmet kitchen was completely renovated in 2015 but retains the historic Spanish tile floor. It includes new cabinets, new granite counters, and new stainless steel appliances. The range is electric, and the refrigerator has an ice maker. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, blender and tea kettle. Dishes, utensils, and cookware are supplied.
The master bedroom is at the rear of the home and boasts original pine floors and stucco walls. There is a new wood and iron queen bed and mattress along with dresser and bedside tables. Bedding includes luxurious pillows, sheets, and duvet. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Power outlets and USB ports are available at the base of each night stand for your convenience.

Palm Beach International Airport is conveniently located two miles to the west. The closest Publix is a ten minute walk or a half mile drive away.
