There are 2, one man Kayaks/paddle boards at the bottom of our yard which is on Phillippi Creek. This is all plumbed in and ready to go. It is 3 miles from beautiful Siesta Key. Shops and bars are very close by to include supermarkets cinimas etc. Down town areas are about 3 miles away, local attractions to include St Armand Circle, Siesta Beach, Ringling Art musium just to name a few.
