▶ Smoking is permitted only outside. Evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $1000 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $500 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
