• Any additional overnight guests beyond six must be pre-approved through Airbnb and will incur the standard group-rate fee per person.
Quiet & Community Respect:
This is a residential community intended for patients seeking care near local hospitals, traveling professionals and small families. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise low, particularly after 9 p.m and by using common areas courteously.
Cameras & Security:
For safety and insurance purposes, there are outdoor security cameras at the entryway monitoring arrival activity only. No interior surveillance of any kind is present. Tampering with security equipment or attempting to disable it will result in immediate cancellation of the stay through Airbnb.
