The house is about 12-blocks to the Santa Monica beach and its biking/walking path. A few things to note:
-- For those with smaller children: please note that the downstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom are on separate floors and opposite sides of the house. Previous guests have used baby monitors. Also, one of the downstairs bedrooms overlooks the front yard.
-- There is no bathroom upstairs. The bathroom for the upstairs bedroom is at the bottom of the stairs.
