Overlooking large freshwater canal with huge deck overlooking the canal and a separate floating dock with 2 large kayaks for use in the open water. 14' ceilings in the living areas, LED lighting throughout entire home and custom reverse osmosis water system for fresh and clean water in the entire house hold. Custom 8’ interior doors. Very close to down town Cape Coral, less than 3 minute drive from multiple restaurants and grocery stores and very short ride to multiple beautiful beaches. Less than 5 miles away from large water park. Oversized driveway and custom built full kitchen outside on the pool deck. Entire property is fully fenced in. Porcelain tile throughout entire house, no carpet. Pool accessible bathroom. Ceiling fans in every room. Walk in pantry in the kitchen.
