Two bedrooms and one bathroom are in the main home and a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom are in a separate building in the backyard. Dedicated dining space plus a Florida room that can be an outdoor or indoor room depending on the temperatures plus outdoor patio table. Easy walk to downtown Gulfport or the Gulfport marina and Clam Bayou Nature Park.
As you enter the front door, you’ll find yourself immediately in the comfortable and spacious living room, furnished in the soothing colors of sand and sea. Drop into one of the cozy armchairs or curl up on the sofa to stream your favorite show, movie, or anticipated sporting event on TV w/WiFi. A ceiling fan keeps things cool.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms. The Peaceful Parrot offers two bedrooms with a shared full bath. The first bedroom features a queen bed, with plenty of storage for your clothes and luggage, and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has a daybed-style double bed, with built in storage and coordinating decor in soothing colors. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower.
The Parakeet features its own private bedroom (the 3rd bedroom), a bath with a walk-in shower and the washer/dryer.
