Completely remodeled home with impact windows/doors and a beautiful coconut tree in the fenced backyard. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, utensils and brand new stainless steel appliances. 60 inch smart TV in living room and 42 inch smart TV in master bedroom. Fast wifi >500mbs. King and full beds each have a memory foam mattress and gel cushion pillows to ensure a good nights sleep. Two free parking spots.
Other things to note
Home is a duplex and the second unit is also a monthly Airbnb, however there are no shared living spaces and backyards are separated by fence. Second bedroom has limited closet space so the walk-in closet in the hallway should be used to hang up more clothes.
Washer and dryer are older models and do better with smaller loads, doing two smaller loads on a weekly basis are preferable to one big load on a weekly basis
