Our family owned condo has been completely renovated and offers the convenience of the pool and beach access. The master bedroom offers a view of the ocean with the sound of the waves! There is a comfortable king-size bed along with plenty of closet space, a dresser, and smart TV with cable. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The guest room provides a comfortable queen-size bed with a twin trundle. This room also offers a smart T.V. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
In the living room, there is a view of the ocean and pool! The living room has a Smart T.V. with cable. You can literally sit in the living room and watch your favorite show while enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean!!! The dining area is combined with the living room and has a table to accommodate 4-6.
There are 2 grills and a covered gazebo on the pool deck for cooking out. Our family-owned condominium is located on the non-drive part of New Smyrna Beach. It is great for sunbathing, beach games, surfing, swimming, surf fishing, building sandcastles, bike riding or just relaxing with a book. All of these activities are as easy as stepping out the back door of our condo...Directly Beach Front...Easy Access!
