You'll have a front row seat to Bonita Beach's spectacular sunsets while watching from the two large screened lanai balconies or private beachfront backyard with plenty of loungers and dining tables. Inside you will enjoy an open concept family room, dining area and well appointed kitchen which features stainless steel appliances. The main floor also includes a king bedroom with ensuite and a queen bedroom with ensuite. The spacious top floor Master bedroom with Gulf view has a grand king-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. This floor also offers a second king Gulfview bedroom and two queen-sized bedrooms which share a full bathroom with private hallway access. Elevator access from the garage to all floors. Formerly known as the popular “Aqua House”, the home has new owners in 2018 and has been completely repainted and redecorated with all new furnishings, tv's, beds and linens. This is a spacious beachfront home for a bayfront price stay more enjoyable.
