This bedroom has a large private porch with swing for relaxing and enjoying the view of Little Lake Weir to the south and beautiful horse pastures to the north . Two guest rooms and baths are at opposite ends of the downstairs providing bedroom and bathroom privacy for all guests. Boathouse is set up for cocktails and sunset viewing. Wonderful ancient oaks and pine trees are home to an eagle family and owls. Sand Hill Cranes frequent the beach. We have a magnificent sandy white beach. The kitchen has granite counter tops, all electric appliances and has a bar separating it from the living room dining room area. There is a fireplace. The sun room is spacious and bright with great views of the lake. It is furnished with a couch and 2 chairs and a desk. The screened porch across the lake side of the house is a wonderful place to have morning quite time and enjoy the beauty of nature.
