Are you looking for a peaceful, quaint, and relaxing stay away from the beach-buzzing crowds on 30A? Look no further than our Florida-style cottage home nestled a few blocks from Choctawhatchee bay and a five minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Grayton, Seaside, and Seagrove. Nearby, you’ll find our cottage is conveniently located just a few miles from boho-esque coffee shops, gulf-to-table seafood restaurants, and hike/bike trails in Eden Gardens and Grayton Beach State Park. Have a boat? Keep it in our driveway (can fit up to a 25 ft boat) and drive to the free public boat ramp at Port Washington Landing to access the bay. Sail out to Crab Island or catch your own Snapper, Grouper or Mahi-Mahi!
The fully fenced yard is perfect for families and pets!

THE SPACE:
This Beach Cottage is tucked away on the bay side of 30A Santa Rosa Beach near the beach towns of Grayton, Seaside, and Seagrove. The cottage is newly furnished, with open-concept living and dining areas, a beautiful kitchen, three large bedrooms, four beds, and plenty of fenced-in outdoor space for kids. Also, the cottage is located just a few blocks from the bay where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, or catch the sunset after a long day at the beach. We have everything you will need to relax while you are on vacation.
