Positive: The townhouse was in a good location. Felt safe. Spacious and had all the necessities. easy to access. No problems with codes. clean kitchen and living space.

Negative: Calls went unanswered. Nice townhouse even though online had different pictures. Upstairs needs a good cleaning. hair in the master bathroom and bed. Was not able to use the "pool". not clean. screens were not replaced until friday and the pool was not cleaned even after that. unsanitary. I left saturday. called several times.

Summary: Nice Townhouse. No pool.
