Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, bath towel, linens, fully equipped kitchen and cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, soap for washer and dishwasher, high speed internet and the ocean view.
We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door from the common hallway.
Our HOA is performing exterior maintenance - concrete restoration and painting. The workers start around 8am and end at 4pm M-F. The work on my side of the building is complete so noise is minimal. You may experience noise throughout the day based on what they are doing or where they are working. Previous guests have not expressed any issues or impacts with their stays.
