The full-sized kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and all the appliances needed for a snack or a sit down family meal. A drip coffee machine, as well as a Keurig machine are both available for your morning coffee. The dining room table has seating for 4.
Living Space:
The living room is equipped with a 50” flat-screen Smart TV for you to login to your favorite streaming services, as well as cable, and an over-sized sofa for lounging. The large screened bay window opens for you to hear, see and smell the surf and the spectacular floor-length window lets you soak in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the pool. Seating at the window-front bar area is perfect for a cup of coffee or catching up on business emails.
Bathroom:
The newly remodeled bathroom has been stocked with an initial set of bathroom essentials to get you started. Two sets of bathroom linens are provided for each guest.
We provide bed linens, towels and wash cloths, starter supply of soaps, paper products, toilet tissue, trash liners and dish washing supplies. Please bring additional if you feel as you might need them.
The Top of the Gulf Amenities Fee of $30.00 (cash only) is due upon arrival. This fee includes 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands to be worn during your stay. Parking is limited during peak times, only 1 vehicle is allowed per stay. Additional off site “Pay to Park” parking is available if needed. Payment can be made at the 1st floor main office during normal office hours or at the Security Gate for late arrivals.
