Summary: The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The view was nice. The only thing lacking was room service. We we're told to put the towels outside which we did, and then we had to go pick up new towels at the front desk when we returned as no one came to clean the room. We also had to empty out our own garbage cans. Nothing was refreshed.
