The space
This is a fenced, brand new construction guest house in the rear of the property. At the front of the property is a 3 bed/2 bath main house which is a separate short-term rental known as "SoSo Orchid House." It has a separate larger driveway, and entrance so not to disturb.
Guest access
There are 2 short-term rentals on this property. To access this guest cottage, park in the smaller driveway on the right hand side and walk down the path to the back guest house.
Other things to note
-This property is located in a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that you respect them in every way while you are our guest.
-Please, no loud music or parties and no more than 4 guests on site at a time.
-No more than 2 cars, one of which which should be parked in the driveway (to the right) at all times. The other should be parked in the street.
