A beautiful and spacious 1BR/1BA cottage set in a secluded, landscaped backyard. Opens out onto a patio for relaxed outdoor dining. 14 minutes from FLL airport. Right in the middle of the beach, Las Olas Blvd, Sawgrass Mills Mall, and Wilton Drive. Many restaurants nearby. Walk a few blocks to Milk Money, a trendy local coffee shop. Sunrise Blvd is two short blocks away for fast access to the beach, the airport, Wilton Manors, and Miami. A large grocery store (Publix) is just two blocks away.

Wifi: high speed AT&T internet, more than sufficient for video calls
TV: 4K SmartTV in living room and bedroom, log on to your Netflix/HBO/etc account
Coffee: Keurig coffee maker. We provide 4 pods to get you started.
Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.
Beach gear: we provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler.
Private washer and dryer inside the cottage.
Private Patio
Gas Grill: You are welcome to clean it to your satisfaction and then to use it. Most guests just heat it up to 400-500 degrees, brush it off a bit, and find that satisfactory. If the gas runs out, let us know, and we will fill it the next morning (Sundays excepted)

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services. (Smart TV, no cable)
Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
