Summary: Believe the poor or low rated reviews. The only good things for us were : the view from the room /hotel, the insanely soft pillows, the intense water pressure (we have a well at home so water pressure is always a plus), overall quiet and pool area. The hotel overall is not prepared for the amount of people there in high peak times. -you pay to park. Ridiculous. -Our room had sticky stuff all over the walls, the beds need to be replaced - if you try to sleep in the middle you’ll fall into the craters left by other people. -peeling paint everywhere in the room. - the counters were all bowed, stained and in need of replacement except in the bathroom -Elevators take forever so plan on waiting or taking stairs. - breakfast is pure chaos. The workers are trying their best. But everything is typically out. The wait for waffles is ridiculous. Then if you get a waffle, they’ll be out of syrup and they’ll be cold by the time you get syrup. My daughter said the breakfast area smells like throw up, which it does have a odor cause the food. -check in was painfully slow due to the computer systems. -there isn’t much AC in the hallways or elevator waiting area - musty odor / smell in hallways. People’s trash sitting outside all their doors because housekeeping doesn’t service everyday. -good luck getting a chair in the pool area until late afternoon. - AC was broken when we arrived but maintenance did come replace everything quickly! Stay somewhere else in the same price.
