Step out onto the balcony and enjoy sunset cocktails or just relax and listen to the waves crash below. You will find all newer furniture throughout the common areas- newer couches, end tables, lamps, lighting and artwork. There is even newer furniture out on the balcony for you to enjoy the start and ending of everyday overlooking the beach.
The spacious gulf front Master bedroom has a Queen bed and balcony access, Large flat screen TV and on suite bathroom with a double vanity- this bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Step directly out onto the balcony for an early morning coffee or watch the sun slip behind the waves with a cocktail at sunset
The Guest bedroom also features a comfortable Queen size bed, bathroom access and city views of Pier Park and the Bay on the Balcony .
The third bonus room contains a twin over full bunk bed and shared bathroom.
