For indoor eating, there's a casual breakfast nook with seating for four and a more formal dining room with seating for eight. Step through the glass doors to the spectacular pool area and you'll find a very large private pool deck that is so large you have a choice of sun and shade all day long! No fighting over loungers at this villa! There are plenty to go around. If you enjoy casual dining, there's two outdoor dining tables, with eight dining chairs.
The huge master suite on the ground floor levelhas a full sized ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and a flat screen television, with DVD, and sliding doors with a view out to the sparkling pool. Just outside the Southern Dunes community you'll find shops and restaurants including a grocery store and a Walmart center.
