Vamo Villa, 1739 Joyce St, is a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath home, with beautiful, original terrazzo floors. It has just been refreshed with butcher block counters, new sink and paint. It is decorated in a vintage "Old Florida" theme. There is a covered carport for parking. There are queen beds in both bedrooms. We have several other properties in the Nokomis area. It is a quick 5-mile drive to "The 2nd Best Beach in the world" Siesta Key and Gulfgate with great shopping and restaurants.
