Ideal spot for getting away from it all, teleworking, or distance learning with free high-speed internet – Walk right in, no elevators or shared spaces! Soak in the beautiful sunrise and delight in the convenience of a ground-floor condo with easy access to the beach and the pool. Take the dune walkover and observe the picturesque goldenrod and beautiful blue Atlantic. We provide two beach chairs, beach towels, and a DVD library. There is both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee pot.
There is easy access to the beach and the pool. But please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach, which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, many places on the island have handicapped parking and areas where you can drive on the beach. One of these accesses is a very short drive down the road.
When you return home from shopping or sightseeing, enjoy your private patio surrounded by lush landscaping. What a nice place to enjoy a snack, sip a glass of wine, set up your laptop. There is a stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals and a lovely living room with a pull-out sofa to accommodate additional guests. The large Main suite has a King-sized bed, HDTV, and access to a private patio. The bath boasts a beautiful walk-in shower.

There are two parking spots available for our home.
Guests must be 27+ years of age and will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties (mixed-age family groups are permitted, but the guest that signs the contract must be 27+). Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival provided the agreement is signed, and all payments are made. If you need information before this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will see communication coming through this system.
Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages above the policy.
There is a $200 credit card hold for the security deposit. There are no transactions on your card unless there are damages. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 5 days after you depart.
We use email communication to sign our lease and provide guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and other necessary communication. Please provide a mobile phone number you will have during your stay.
For their protection, we recommend that our guests purchase trip insurance, especially during hurricane season.
