Villa/cottage style end unit property with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in living area opening up to deck on a canal. Parking space right in front of your vacation home. The back of the Villa is a great place for fishing. Gas grill on the back deck for cooking up your daily catch and patio seating to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner! Both bedrooms are very large with King size beds and lots of closet space. Master bedroom has it’s own sliding glass doors facing the canal with balcony seating to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the boats go by. Villa is located just a few hundred yards from intercoastal and the Sunny Isle Sandbar! Boats and jet-skis congregate weekly to enjoy the warm water, music, good food and atmosphere. Directly across the street on 163rd St. is Oleta State Park where you can enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding through the mangrove trees opening up into the Bay which has its own scenic beach to lounge on.
