This home has been tastefully decorated and has a very true Floridian look. The Master Suite features a King Size Bed, private bath with a separate tub & shower, a walk in closet, and private entrance to the Pool.There are two additional bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. There is also an office with a computer and printer and pull out sofa.
We have just updated the den with an 85 inch ultra high definition 4k tv. We have also added 3 premium channels Showtime,HBO and Starz
This home is located in the Crown Pointe community which has a Club House with work out gym, Tennis courts and an Over sized Heated pool.
We do not offer pool heating from July 1st - October 1st.
All seasonal pool and hot tub heating is include in the price.
