Complete Remodel in 2022 – Beautiful home with super convenient location! My primary goal is to make this the place I’d want to stay if I were on vacation. Warm, cozy colors; comfortable beds; lots of games! Cubs Stadium and Mesa Riverview Shopping are 2 minutes away by car; Tempe Marketplace is 5 minutes. Hohokam Stadium – 6 minutes. You’re 12 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale.

Do you like to cook? Gourmet kitchen with Induction cooktop; vegetable prep sink in large island; coffee station; spices and cooking basics provided. Don’t like to cook? No worries because this home is in a prime location with over 150 eating establishments within 5 minutes! Mesa Riverview with lots of shopping/eating is 2 minutes away. Tempe Marketplace with really great restaurants is 5 minutes.

The backyard is a dream with a beautiful play pool (NOT heated), Firepit, Pergola with dining table and BBQ grill. There are smart TV’s in the family room and primary bedroom and bathroom and high speed WiFi is included.

If you are unlucky enough to encounter inclement weather that doesn't allow you to play outside, don't worry! You can have fun indoors with a foosball table, ping pong table and lots of board games and puzzles.

Keyless entry allows you to come and go when you please without having to worry about misplaced keys.

Up to 2 small dogs, hypoallergenic and non-shedding, are welcome for an additional fee. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture, especially the beds as it is difficult to clean/capture all the little hairs. We want to be considerate for guests with allergies that follow your booking. Pet damage to any part of the property or having to pick up pet waste from any part of the property will result in additional fees.

There are also house rules that must be followed. Although we know the majority of you won’t have any issues, failure to abide by the rules may result in forfeiture of security deposit, additional fees and/or immediate early check out with no refunds. Rules include:
* Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, to include Vaping, allowed anywhere on the property.
* City of Mesa Ordinance – no loud noise or music 10pm to 8am; please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum when outside.
* No parties or events unless prior arrangements have been made.
* Garbage comes on Wednesday morning and Recycling on Saturday morning. If your stay includes these days, please take the cans out to the curb and bring back once they’ve been emptied.

Please note that the pool is very close to the back kitchen door and is NOT fenced. Families with small children MUST keep the screen door locked at all times and supervise children when outside. Summary: The accommodations are exactly as pictured and described on VRBO. Home was clean, open floor plan and kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking options (Outdoor BBQ, oven, stove, microwave, crock pot, pressure cooker, etc.) Master bedroom was awesome, and yard was well kept and clean. Hosts were exceptionally responsive if we needed anything or had questions, it was a very nice and relaxing stay, and I highly recommend this property.
