This 3 bedroom/2 bath house has been fully renovated, including brand new wood laminate floors throughout, all brand new furnishings and updated kitchen, wireless internet, new mattresses, ROKU tv throughout. Instantly feel the relaxation when you step outside into the stunning backyard which includes a beautiful private pool, covered patio, boat dock and beautiful sunsets overlooking the water. Perfect for a seasonal renter with a boat, families with children or multiple couples. Great split floor plan with King beds in 2 of the bedrooms, and 1 Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a queen air mattress available if needed. There are TV's in all of the bedroom, as well as the living room and a huge tv with surround sound outside under the covered patio, ideal for watching football games, movies or just playing music. There are sonos speakers located throughout the house and outside pool area, to add to the experience.
The house is located on one of the only intracoastal waterways with ocean access and NO fixed bridges. This house includes a 74 ft. BOAT DOCK with a brand new BOAT LIFT that can hold up to 24,000 lbs. (could be additional fee for renting boat dock).
